The Revolution 2010 Client Relations Department

Launch your career with Revolution Prep's Leadership Program. Join a dynamic, performance-based program that will provide hands-on experience in sales, operations and customer service while developing you as a future leader of the company.

You will start from the ground up, as an integral part of our high-energy customer service team, expanding your professional skill-set and learning the intricacies of our organization. As a member of this team, you will interact directly with our customers, providing them with excellent service and support. Top performers will have an opportunity to rotate into an inside sales or operational role.

Within 12-18 months, some of our most successful participants have moved into a field sales role, managing a $1 million region of the country, or into other departments such as Marketing, Recruiting and Product Development. Throughout your first year, we will provide ongoing professional development to arm you with the tools necessary to launch a successful career within Revolution Prep.

The ideal candidate

Our ideal candidate is interested in building a career in sales and business. We are looking for accomplished recent college graduates who have demonstrated leadership in previous work experiences, athletics, paid internships, philanthropic activities and social organizations.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• The ability to maintain high energy and enthusiasm and to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to work hard and an eagerness to learn
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 0-2 years of professional experience
• Willingness to relocate after working at our Santa Monica, CA headquarters for 1 year

Ivy Summer Management Program
