Apply to Teach for UsBefore being hired, our instructors go through an intensive training program; they're taught how to bring our proven curriculum to life through extensive practice with teaching techniques. Trainees are asked to conduct model lessons, shadow one of our top veteran instructors and reflect on the observation, and, of course, take a full-length practice SAT or ACT. To teach for us, a prospective Revolution instructor must score above the 95th percentile, 2100 on the SAT or 32 on the ACT. Further, Revolution maintains teacher quality by conducting frequent classroom audits, online surveys, and customer service calls, both to ensure that families are happy with their Revolution experience and that instructors are teaching to our high standards.
