Many Revolutionaries are former Teach For America, AmeriCorps and Peace Corps members. A crucial part of our culture is a firm belief that access to quality education is the great equalizer, no matter where you grow up.
We partner directly with schools, districts, charter management organizations and non-profits to create volunteer opportunities for our staff and faculty to help students in underserved communities across the country and improve their campuses.
We celebrate the end of each academic semester with a community service event in each region. In addition to those semi-annual service days, we organize a company-wide service project during our annual retreat to benefit schools in South Los Angeles. As our company grows, so does our social impact.
