Is it possible to get extra help outside of class?
Teachers will remain after class to answer students' questions. Students who want substantial extra help should sign up for a Tutor block so that they can work with their teacher one-on-one for a two-hour session.
Are teachers available outside of class to answer questions?
On the first day of each course, teachers make their e-mail addresses and phone numbers available to all students. If students have questions about course material, course logistics and the SAT in general, they are welcome to call the main office at 1-877-REV-PREP (738-7737). If students have course-specific questions that can't wait until the next session, they should feel free to contact their teacher.
How can I customize my tutoring package?
Revolution Prep allows students to customize their own private tutoring. After choosing one of Revolution Prep's four basic starter packages, students can build on these packages by two-hour sessions called Tutor Blocks. Students and alumni of the Revolution Prep Group Course can also purchase Tutor Blocks at the alumni rate of $250 for a two-hour session.

Revolution Prep Tutoring Specialists can help you assess individual students' needs, answer test prep questions and help design a tutoring package to best fit each student.
What is a Premium Tutor?
Revolution Prep has a limited number of Premium Tutors available. Premium tutors have a minimum of two years of tutoring experience. Revolution Prep Premium Tutors have experience writing curriculum and train other Revolution Prep instructors. Revolution Prep Premium tutors excel in tutoring multiple exams and subjects, and in helping students who experience particular difficulty with standardized tests.
Does Revolution Prep offer preparation for the SAT Subject Tests?
Most competitive schools require SAT Subject Test scores for admission purposes. University of California schools, for example, require two SAT Subject Tests in any two different subject areas. In some cases, when a student submits ACT® scores instead of SAT scores, there is no SAT Subject Test requirement. Students should visit the admissions webpage of the schools they are considering to get details about specific standardized test requirements.
Revolution Prep offers one-on-one tutoring to prepare students for SAT Subject Tests. Students who have been through any Revolution Group Course or Hybrid Program can purchase additional Tutor Blocks at a discounted rate. New students should choose a Tutoring Package that fits their needs.
