Students are guaranteed a score increase of at least 2 points (for starting scores below 29) or 31 (for starting scores at or above 29). If a student has met all the requirements outlined in the "Student Pact" but does not achieve the guaranteed score improvement on their official post-program ACT, Revolution Prep will take the following actions:

 

First, Revolution Prep will provide additional hours (amount to be determined by Revolution Prep) of premium ACT tutoring at no charge for an agreed upon future ACT test date.

 

These hours must be used within the 3 months following the receipt of the official score report. This remedy is designed to help the student prepare for the next available official SAT test date. This policy reinforces that our goal is student success, and we are committed to continuing the partnership to achieve it.

 

If after receiving the additional tutoring the student still hasn’t reached the guarantee final score, the following guarantee will be in place:

 

Condition 1: Improvement Made, but Guarantee Not Met

The student's final official score is higher than their baseline score, but the increase is less than the guaranteed 31+ total score or 2-point minimum.

Remedy: 50% Money-Back Guarantee. We will refund 50% of the tutoring package cost.

 

Condition 2: No Score Improvement or a Score Decrease

The student's final official score is equal to or lower than their baseline score.

Remedy: 100% Money-Back Guarantee. We will refund 100% of the tutoring package tuition fee.

The guarantee is a partnership. To remain eligible, the student must adhere to the following, also known as the "Student Pact":

• Establish a Baseline Score:
  • The student must provide a verifiable score from an official ACT or a full-length Revolution Prep ACT mock exam taken under test mode conditions.
  • Accepted Baseline Tests:
    1. An official ACT score report from a test taken within the last 6 months.
    2. A completed Revolution Prep ACT practice exam taken in test mode (13ED, 15ED).
  • This baseline test must be completed and submitted prior to the first official tutoring session.
• Consistent Attendance:
  • Student must attend all scheduled sessions. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows will void the guarantee.
• Homework Completion:
  • Student should complete all assigned homework on time.
• Practice Test Cadence:
  • Student must complete a minimum of four (4) additional unique full-length practice tests during a 20-hour program and an additional full-length practice test for every six hours of tutoring beyond 20-hours. These tests must be official ACT tests or Revolution Prep exams.
  • ACT tests and Revolution Prep exams should be taken only as assigned by the tutor to avoid over testing and save accurate practice tests for the critical times in the program.
  • There must be a gap of at least one week between each practice test to allow for review and learning.
  • The tutor must receive the results of each test for analysis and curriculum adjustment.
• Final Official Test:
  • The student must take an official ACT within 14 days of completing their final tutoring hour in the package. The score from this test will be the "final score" used to measure the guarantee and must be submitted by the family within two weeks of receipt to Revolution Prep.

Your Revolution Prep Premium tutor will work with you to customize a schedule that can take anywhere from 3-6 months to complete, depending on the test date you're working toward. 

We recommend starting at least 3 months prior to your selected official ACT test date, which allows you to complete all the tutoring sessions, practice tests, and homework comfortably. Practice makes perfect and it takes time to master the strategies our experts will teach you!
