About Jessica

Jessica is an experienced tutor and mentor who has worked with students of all ages from elementary school through university. She received her undergraduate degrees from Santa Clara University in the subjects of Political Science and Philosophy and was a member of the Honors Society. Jessica went on to obtain a Master of Public Policy in Economics, Environmental Studies, and American Government from Pepperdine University. While at Pepperdine, she served as Associate Editor of the Pepperdine Policy Review.

Jessica's favorite subjects to teach are math, writing, social studies, and test preparation. Jessica loves motivating her students and helping them develop better study and organizational skills. She has helped students raise their grades and test scores in AP and Honors level science, math, literature, and social studies courses. Jessica regards herself as a mentor to her students and remains in touch with many of them.

Jessica enjoys spending time with her corgi (Gizmo), singing, and keeping up with current events and news.
