Testing requirements are getting crazier, policies lack transparency, and kids need more support than ever before.

That's what we regularly hear from high school college counselors.

You’re expected to be an admissions expert, testing specialist, essay coach, and trusted confidant—all at the same time. Students need your full attention, and families assume you can do it all. No wonder burnout is real.

This is where we step in. It's not testing we're in love with, it's preparing students with the skills and confidence that last well beyond high school.

By taking standardized testing, tutoring, and executive function coaching off your plate, we give you back the space to focus on what matters most: your students.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cost, Commitment & Access
Is there any cost to our school for partnering with Revolution Prep?

No. Our mock exams, family webinars, and student workshops are always free for schools. These programs are designed to support students and families without creating financial barriers. Alternatively, you can also choose to run an event as a fundraiser for your school to direct funds back to your community.

What if our school wants to provide additional support beyond the free programs?

Schools that want to go further can opt into SchoolPay, which offers discounted bulk tutoring hours. These hours can be offered directly to selected students or managed through internal billing, depending on what works best for your community. Revolution Prep provides a detailed proposal and contract before any invoicing, so the process is transparent and straightforward.

Do you offer different levels of tutors?

Yes. Families can choose from our tutoring tiers—Advanced, Distinguished, and Premium—each designed for different goals. Advanced tutors are highly skilled at building confidence, study skills, and steady grade improvement. Distinguished tutors bring deeper experience and strategy, ideal for uncovering blind spots and accelerating growth. Premium tutors offer elite-level mastery and mentorship, handpicked for ambitious students with urgent or high-stakes goals. This way, families can select the right level of support for their child’s needs and budget.

What if our families have limited financial resources?

We offer need-based financial aid, faculty/staff discounts, and flexible SchoolPay options to ensure families are not excluded due to cost.

Can we run just one program, like practice exams, without committing to tutoring?

Yes. You can select only the services that fit your community’s needs—there’s no obligation to add more.

Support for Counselors & Staff
How do you communicate with our families?

We provide streamlined outbound communications to event registrants, typically including a confirmation email, a reminder email, and a follow-up email. Families also have clear opt-out options, ensuring outreach stays respectful and minimal while still keeping registrants informed.

Who is our main contact?

Your School Relations Manager will be your consistent point of contact. They’re supported by a Regional Events Coordinator (for scheduled event logistics) and a Revolution Prep Advisor (for family questions and in-depth score reviews for ACT, SAT, and PSAT tests.).

What if something goes wrong during a practice exam or presentation event?

Our team provides day-of support for practice exams and webinars. If families encounter issues, we troubleshoot directly, so you don’t need to step in.

How quickly can we get started?

We recommend reaching out to your School Relations Manager at least 4–6 weeks in advance of your event. This timeline ensures everything runs smoothly and families have time to register.

How flexible are you with scheduling?

We adapt to your calendar and can adjust quickly if admissions timelines or school needs shift.

Students and Equity
Do you serve students with learning differences or executive function needs?

Yes. Many of our tutors are specialists in working with students with learning differences, and families can search for those tutors using our TutorMatch feature. We also offer executive function coaching to build organization, focus, and stress management skills. In addition, our mock exams can be taken with extended time functionality, ensuring students receive practice in the same conditions they’ll encounter on test day.

What outcomes should families realistically expect?

Families often see increased confidence and measurable improvements on practice tests. We emphasize steady progress and long-term skills, not one-size-fits-all guarantees.

Do students need prior prep experience?

No. Our programs meet students wherever they are—whether it’s their first test, or they’re targeting a specific score goal.

Do you also work with middle or elementary school students?

Yes. In addition to high school support, we offer tutoring and executive function coaching for K-12 students.

Data, Privacy & Partnership
How do you handle student data and privacy?

All student data is secure and confidential. Data is never sold or shared.

What if we already partner with another provider?

That’s fine. Many schools use multiple resources. Our programming is designed to complement what you already offer.

Will our support team stay consistent?

Yes. Your School Relations Manager will stay with you throughout the year, ensuring continuity and understanding of your school’s culture and needs.

Let's build a partnership.
