About Jason

Jason Grasl has over six years of tutoring experience and an impressive background distinguished by its breadth as well as its depth. He majored in electrical engineering and his know-how has brought him to the frozen lakes of Arctic Sweden to design and test-drive electronic braking systems, and he’s also worked as an actual rocket scientist.

In addition to his engineering experience, Jason holds a Master’s in Arts Theology and works as a professional actor in Hollywood, appearing in several feature films and performing at the White House as well as in nationally televised commercials.

He brings a mix of science and math know-how along with his innate Hollywood charisma to each tutoring session, which makes him both extremely entertaining and insightful. His former students have gone on to attend schools such as Harvard, Princeton, Brown, Stanford and Michigan, and he is capable of tutoring a wide variety of advanced subjects including AP English, physics and calculus. Jason has experience supporting students with ADD/ADHD.
