About Ryan

Ryan is a four-time Jeopardy! champion and competed in the Tournament of Champions, making him the ultimate trivia teammate as well as an encyclopedia of knowledge for all his students. He has been working with Revolution Prep since 2003, making him our longest-tenured instructor. Ryan scored a 35 on the ACT on his first try and earned his BA from Yale University, where he majored in English literature. He is incredibly experienced working with high-achieving students who are interested in applying to Ivy League colleges, but his gregarious and attentive teaching style is the perfect fit for any student looking to improve test scores and grades and develop a genuine love of learning.

Ryan is able to tutor virtually any subject, from general science and human geography to calculus. He has traveled across the world to tutor. His students have gone on to attend Harvard, Stanford, and Princeton, among many other universities. Ryan is one of the most experienced and talented private tutors available anywhere in the world.
