AI Readiness & AI at Work Terms & Conditions

AI Readiness Lab — Charter Cohort Addendum

REVOLUTION PREP, LLC

Effective Date: May 4, 2026

Applies to: AI Readiness Lab: High School Edition and AI at Work: Career Edition (Summer 2026 Charter Cohort)

This Charter Cohort Addendum (the “Addendum”) supplements the Revolution Prep Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, and Copyright Policy (collectively, the “General Terms”), each available at revolutionprep.com/terms-and-conditions, and applies solely to enrollment in the AI Readiness Lab: High School Edition or AI at Work: Career Edition offered as part of the Summer 2026 Charter Cohort (the “Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“you” or “Registrant”) agree to be bound by both the General Terms and this Addendum. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the General Terms.

In the event of a conflict between this Addendum and the General Terms with respect to the Program, this Addendum controls for the matters it expressly addresses; the General Terms continue to govern in all other respects.

1. Program Description and Charter Cohort Disclosure

The Program is a ten (10) week, live, instructor-led group course consisting of ten ninety-minute (90-minute) sessions delivered remotely on a weekly schedule beginning the week of July 13, 2026, and concluding the week of September 14, 2026. The Program follows Revolution Prep’s Anchor–Augment–Apply (“3As”) instructional model and is offered in two segment-tailored editions: a High School Edition for secondary-school students (purchased by a parent or legal guardian) and a Career Edition for adult learners (purchased by the Registrant or, where applicable, by an Institution as defined in the General Terms).

Charter Cohort Status. The Program is being offered for the first time as a founding (“Charter”) cohort and is currently in active development. Curriculum modules, session materials, facilitator guides, and applied artifacts will be finalized prior to your first scheduled session. Revolution Prep reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to refine the curriculum scaffold, session sequencing, applied activities, and supporting materials at any time prior to and during the cohort, provided that any such refinements remain consistent with the 3As model and the learning outcomes described at the time of your enrollment.

2. Pricing and Payment

The Charter Cohort price is $995 USD per Registrant per edition (regular post-Charter price: $1,295 USD). Payment in full is due at the time of enrollment and is processed in accordance with the Pricing, Payment, and Taxes section of the Terms of Sale. Promotional codes (including any school-channel partner codes) are subject to their stated terms and may not be combined unless expressly permitted at checkout.

3. Schedule and Format

Default session times are: High School Edition, Tuesdays 7:00–8:30 p.m. ET; Career Edition, Wednesdays 7:00–8:30 p.m. ET. Day and time may be adjusted prior to the first session by post-enrollment scheduling poll if the cohort’s composition warrants. Sessions are delivered live via Zoom (or a comparable platform of Revolution Prep’s choice). Pre-work, applied artifacts, and reflection prompts are delivered through a designated cohort platform (e.g., Notion or Google Classroom) and a cohort community channel (e.g., Discord or Slack). The specific platforms will be confirmed before the first session.

4. Charter Cohort Refund Policy

This Section 4 supersedes the standard Small Group Courses and Group Programs refund provisions in the Terms of Sale solely with respect to the Program. The Student Satisfaction Guarantee, SAT Score Guarantee Program, and ACT Score Guarantee Program do not apply to the Program.

You will receive a full one hundred percent (100%) refund of all amounts paid for the Program if any of the following occurs:

(a) Program Cancellation. Revolution Prep cancels the Program (including a cancellation triggered under Section 5 below);

(b) Material Postponement. The first session of the Program is postponed beyond July 31, 2026; or

(c) Pre-Kickoff Withdrawal. You submit a written refund request to info@revolutionprep.com on or before 11:59 p.m. PT on June 24, 2026 (the “Charter Refund Deadline”).

Refund requests submitted after the Charter Refund Deadline but before the first scheduled session will be honored at fifty percent (50%) of the price paid, except where a full refund is otherwise required by applicable law. After the first scheduled session, the Program is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or where Revolution Prep cancels the Program. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within seven to ten (7–10) business days, consistent with the Terms of Sale.

5. Minimum Enrollment Threshold; Right to Cancel

Each edition of the Program requires a minimum of eight (8) paid enrollments by 5:00 p.m. PT on June 24, 2026 (the “Go / No-Go Date”) in order to run. Each section is capped at twelve (12) Registrants; a second section of an edition may be opened at the sixteenth enrollment in Revolution Prep’s discretion. If the minimum is not met for a given edition by the Go / No-Go Date, Revolution Prep may, at its sole discretion, (i) cancel that edition and issue a full refund under Section 4(a), (ii) extend the Go / No-Go Date by written notice to enrolled Registrants, or (iii) consolidate the affected edition into a future cohort with the Registrant’s written consent. Cancellation under this Section 5 is the Registrant’s exclusive remedy for non-launch.

6. Eligibility and Parent / Guardian Enrollment (High School Edition)

High School Edition. The Program is a youth-supportive offering. Enrollment in the High School Edition must be completed by a parent or legal guardian of the participating student, who is and remains the contracting party (the “Parent Account Holder”). The Parent Account Holder represents that they have authority to enroll the student, accepts these Terms on the student’s behalf as contemplated in Sections 2–4 of the Terms of Use and the Accounts, Eligibility, and Parent / Guardian Involvement section of the Terms of Sale, and consents to Revolution Prep’s collection, use, and disclosure of the student’s information as described in the Privacy Policy. The student is a permitted user under the Parent Account Holder’s account and must comply with all applicable General Terms (including the prohibited-uses provisions and academic-integrity expectations) and with Section 10 below.

Career Edition. The Career Edition is intended for adult learners (age 18 and over). Where an employer or other Institution funds enrollment, the Institution’s agreement with Revolution Prep governs commercial terms (and controls in the event of conflict with this Addendum for those Institution-funded purchases), and the Registrant remains responsible for compliance with these Terms with respect to participation.

7. Third-Party AI Tools and Sandbox Access

As a pedagogical component of the Program, Revolution Prep will provide Registrants with access to a model-agnostic AI sandbox provided by a third party (e.g., BoodleBox or a comparable provider) (the “AI Sandbox”) for the duration of the cohort. Use of the AI Sandbox is subject to that provider’s own terms of service, acceptable-use policy, and privacy policy, which Registrants will be required to acknowledge at activation. For the High School Edition, AI Sandbox access is provisioned through organization-managed accounts administered by Revolution Prep with parental-consent gating; for the Career Edition, individual seats are provisioned to each Registrant. AI Sandbox access expires at the conclusion of the cohort unless separately renewed.

Revolution Prep is not the operator of the AI Sandbox and makes no warranty regarding its accuracy, availability, or output. Registrants are responsible for using the AI Sandbox in compliance with applicable law, the provider’s terms, the Program’s academic-integrity expectations (Section 10), and any policies of their own school or employer.

8. Session Recordings

Live sessions, including video, audio, and chat communications, may be recorded and transcribed in accordance with Section 12(c) of the Terms of Use and the Technology, Conduct, and Attendance section of the Terms of Sale, and are owned by Revolution Prep. As a variation from the General Terms specific to the Program, Registrants enrolled in a given cohort may receive limited, non-transferable access to recordings of their own cohort’s sessions for personal review and for catching up on a missed session. Such recordings remain Revolution Prep’s property, are provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only, and may not be downloaded, redistributed, or posted publicly. Revolution Prep may discontinue or modify recording access at any time.

9. Cohort-Generated Content; Testimonials; Case Studies

The Submitted Materials provisions of the Terms of Use (Section 12) apply to all artifacts, prompts, capstone presentations, AI audit trails, reflections, survey responses, and other materials Registrants submit in connection with the Program (collectively, “Cohort Materials”). Without limiting that broader license, the following Program-specific provisions apply:

(a) Anonymized Use – Opt-Out. Registrants grant Revolution Prep a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use de-identified or anonymized Cohort Materials (including aggregated survey data, anonymized capstone artifacts, anonymized AI audit trails, and anonymized excerpts) for the purposes of evaluating Program outcomes, developing case studies, and producing post-cohort marketing and evidence materials. A Registrant (or, for the High School Edition, the Parent Account Holder) may opt out of this anonymized-use license at any time by emailing info@revolutionprep.com with the subject line “Charter Cohort – Content Opt-Out.” Opt-out applies prospectively and does not require Revolution Prep to retract uses already made in good faith prior to receipt of the opt-out request.

(b) Named Testimonials and Identifiable Case Studies – Opt-In Only. Use of any Registrant’s name, likeness, voice, identifiable image, or attributed quotation in marketing, press, or sales materials requires separate, written, and revocable consent from the Registrant (or, for a minor, from the Parent Account Holder), which may be withheld without affecting the Registrant’s participation in or refund rights under the Program.

(c) Student Work Ownership. Subject to the licenses described in this Section 9 and Section 12 of the Terms of Use, Registrants retain ownership of their original Cohort Materials.

10. Academic Integrity and AI Use

The Program is designed to teach the responsible, transparent, and effective use of AI as a thinking partner. Registrants agree that:

  • They will disclose AI assistance in capstone artifacts and Apply-phase deliverables in accordance with the Program’s disclosure rubric;
  • They will comply with their own school’s, university’s, or employer’s academic-integrity, AI-use, and conduct policies, including any restrictions that are stricter than Program guidelines (the Program is supplemental and does not authorize any conduct otherwise prohibited by such policies);
  • They will not submit AI-generated work as their own, plagiarize, or use the Program or the AI Sandbox to complete graded assignments or assessments for any other course or credential in violation of that course’s rules; and
  • They will participate in AI-free anchor and Apply-phase activities in good faith, as required for cohort completion.

Violation of this Section 10 may, at Revolution Prep’s discretion, result in suspension or termination of participation under Section 13 of the Terms of Use. Termination for a material breach of this Section 10 does not entitle the Registrant to a refund.

11. No Outcome Guarantees

Consistent with the No Guarantees provisions of the Terms of Sale, Revolution Prep does not guarantee any specific learning outcome, certification, employment outcome, admissions result, AI proficiency level, or other result from the Program. The Program is not a credentialing or accredited course of study. Outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances.

12. Communications

By enrolling, you consent to receive transactional emails and SMS messages necessary to deliver the Program, as described in the Email Communications and SMS Communications & Consent sections of the Privacy Policy. Marketing email and promotional SMS remain subject to the opt-in and opt-out mechanisms set forth in the Privacy Policy. Cohort community participation (Discord, Slack, or successor platform) is governed by the prohibited-uses provisions in Section 10 of the Terms of Use.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions in the Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity section of the Terms of Sale apply in full to the Program. Without limiting the foregoing, Revolution Prep’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Program shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Registrant for the Program.

14. Changes to This Addendum

Revolution Prep may make non-material updates to operational details of the Program (including, without limitation, the choice of cohort platform, community channel, AI Sandbox provider, recording-distribution method, or session day/time within the stated cohort window) prior to the first session, by notice to enrolled Registrants. Revolution Prep will not unilaterally change the Charter Cohort price, the refund terms in Section 4, or the Cohort Material licensing terms in Section 9 with respect to existing Registrants without those Registrants’ consent, except as required by law.

15. Governing Documents; Order of Precedence

This Addendum is incorporated into and forms part of the agreement between Revolution Prep and the Registrant for the Program. Order of precedence: (1) the express terms of an applicable Institution agreement (for Institution-funded enrollments only); (2) this Addendum; (3) the Terms of Sale; (4) the Terms of Use; (5) the Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy. Dispute resolution and governing-law provisions are as set forth in the Terms of Use.

16. Acceptance

By clicking to accept, completing checkout for the Program, or commencing participation in the Program, the Registrant (or, for the High School Edition, the Parent Account Holder) acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Addendum together with the General Terms.
